Cornerstone Seventh-day Adventist Church is a community of believers rooted in Scripture and committed to growing together as disciples of Jesus Christ. Located in Rockingham, North Carolina, we are a congregation of 56 members who believe that faith is not just practiced on Sabbath — it is lived every day.
We exist to equip every member to think biblically, serve faithfully, and lead with courage in their homes, workplaces, and community.

We are a Seventh-day Adventist congregation — part of a global movement of over 21 million believers worldwide, rooted in Scripture, anchored in the grace of Jesus Christ, and called to a unique purpose in this moment of history.
Seventh-day Adventists believe we are living in earth’s final hours, and that God has entrusted His church with an urgent and hopeful message for the world. That message — known as the Three Angels’ Messages from Revelation 14 — is a call to worship the Creator, to step away from anything that draws us from Him, and to hold fast to the faith of Jesus. It is not a message of fear, but of preparation and hope.
We believe in the Bible as God’s inspired Word and the foundation of all we teach and practice.
We worship on the seventh-day Sabbath — from Friday sundown to Saturday sundown — honoring God’s design from creation and His call to rest, remember, and reconnect with Him weekly.
We believe in the soon return of Jesus Christ — a literal, visible, glorious return that is the blessed hope of every believer. Until that day, we are a people living with intention: caring for our bodies as temples of the Holy Spirit, serving our neighbors, and sharing the good news that Jesus saves, restores, and is coming again.
